Return / Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund. We exchange or refund any original condition merchandise with a copy of your original invoice. If the item was purchased at the store, it must be returned at a store. Please do not send merchandise that was purchased at one of our store locations for return. Our Distribution Center cannot process any store returns. Your package will be returned to you.

We refund any original condition merchandise with a copy of your original invoice. If it was purchased online, you have a few options.

All returns will be credited back to the original payment type. Any shipping and handling fees that were paid during an online order are non-refundable. When returning item(s), they should be sent via a recorded/registered service such as Royal Mail. Rio Beach will not be responsible for items returned by standard or non-recorded/registered post. By sending returns back to the Standard Returns Address credit card purchases will receive credit back to the credit card used. Checks will receive a merchandise credit. All purchases made with a gift card will be credited back to that original gift card. Please note that if you return merchandise without a receipt or invoice, we can only provide the last known value of the item in the form of a merchandise credit.

Exchanges sent back to us from store purchases are not available at this time. Do not send any additional payment such as a check, to cover a price difference for an exchange.
